How long will delivery take?

The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many flight routes, and our couriers may be delayed in delivering your parcel -- we are sorry. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times as we cannot predict service disruptions. For up-to-date information regarding international shipping please visit Australia Post.

Need to track your order?

Each customer will receive a tracking number for each order. For up-to-date tracking information please visit Australia Post. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of receipt.
During sale periods, processing times may increase to 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following business day.

Duties and Taxes

For International orders extra duties/tax fees may apply depending on the country of destination. These costs will be at the expense of the customer.  

Return Policy

We are happy to offer exchange or refund on your purchase should you have a change of heart within 14 days of purchasing your product. This does not include sale items or pierced earring styles (for hygiene reasons). Purchases will be fully refunded minus the original shipping charge.

Both Australian and international orders must be returned within 14 days from date of your delivery. All returned products must be in original condition and must not be worn or damaged.

Please email hello@lua.studio and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once assessed our customer care team will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please pack your item in the original packaging and return with your details to:

You are responsible for arranging to have item(s) returned to us and for any cost incurred. We will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
