We take great care to ensure our packaging has the smallest environmental impact possible whilst ensuring it arrives at you in pristine condition. All elements are either reusable, recyclable, or compostable. (The occasional piece of sticky tape may sneak in only when we really have to!)

We offer local pickup at our Studio located in Melbourne Australia. Just select local pickup option at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

• During sale periods, processing times may increase to 2-3 business days from receipt of order.
• For all shipping within Australia please allow 1- 3 business days to receive deliveries.
• For all International shipping please allow 5 -7 days to receive deliveries.

Need to track your order?
Each customer will receive a tracking number for each order. For up-to-date tracking information please visit Australia Post. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

Duties and Taxes 

Please be aware that duties and taxes may be incurred upon the arrival of your package for international shipments. These charges are separate from the international shipping costs.

Lua Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by local customs procedures or third-party delivery services. However, for orders within Australia, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) is already included in the retail price.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer exchange or refund on your purchase should you have a change of heart within 14 days of purchasing your product. This does not include sale items or pierced earring styles (for hygiene reasons). Purchases will be fully refunded minus the original shipping charge.

Both Australian and international orders must be returned within 14 days from date of your delivery. All returned products must be in original condition and must not be worn or damaged.

Please email hello@lua.studio and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once assessed our customer care team will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please pack your item in the original packaging and return with your details to:

You are responsible for arranging to have item(s) returned to us and for any cost incurred. We will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.

You must present your original receipt in order to exchange or refund any product with manufacturing defects. If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
