All pieces are carefully dispatched from Australia via DHL Express.
Orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or processing fees as determined by local Customs and Border Protection. These charges are not included in your purchase price. If applicable, DHL will contact you directly to arrange payment prior to delivery.
We share this in the spirit of transparency, so your experience remains seamless from dispatch to unboxing.
International Delivery — UK & Europe (VAT)
All orders are lovingly shipped from Australia. We do our best to collect all appropriate taxes during your visit at lua.studio. Depending on your country, sometimes additional VAT and customs fees may be payable on arrival.
These are determined by local customs and are outside of our control — but we want you to feel fully informed before your piece begins its journey to you. Your piece will be sent from Australia via DHL Express. If applicable, DHL will reach out directly before delivery to arrange payment.
We believe in complete transparency — so there are no surprises along the way.
Packaging & Sustainability
We take great care to ensure our packaging has the smallest environmental impact possible whilst ensuring it arrives at you in pristine condition. All elements are either reusable, recyclable, or compostable. (The occasional piece of sticky tape may sneak in only when we really have to!)
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup at our Studio in Melbourne, Australia. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
- During sale periods, processing times may increase to 2–3 business days from receipt of order.
- Australia: please allow 1–3 business days.
- International: please allow 5–7 business days.

Return Policy
We are happy to offer exchange or refund on your purchase should you have a change of heart within 14 days of purchasing your product. This does not include sale items or pierced earring styles (for hygiene reasons). Purchases will be fully refunded minus the original shipping charge.
Both Australian and international orders must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returned products must be in original condition and must not be worn or damaged.
Please email hello@lua.studio with your order number and the reason for your return. Once assessed, our customer care team will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please pack your item in the original packaging and return with your details to:

You are responsible for arranging the return and any costs incurred. We will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
You must present your original receipt to exchange or refund any product with manufacturing defects. If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
